Triumph “Sneak Peak” tour is back for 2022 models
If you’re looking to buy a new Triumph motorcycle for 2022, but want to see the bike before paying a down payment, good news: Triumph is back on touring, with the Sneak Peek Tour returning for 2022.
Triumph has done this sort of thing in previous years, and many Triumph bikes have already been on display at the IMS Outdoors 2021 show circuit. However, this will be your first chance (and your only chance, for a while). to see some new bikes, including the Tiger Sport 660 “adventure sports” bike:
The all new Speed Triple 1200 RR and Tiger Sport 660 have been unveiled and the Sneak Peek Tour is your exclusive opportunity to get a preview before they hit dealerships next year. These bikes are currently the only units outside of Europe and will make stops at select dealer showrooms in the United States and Canada.
So with the exception of the photos on the internet, this is your only chance to look at these machines until they hit the dealerships. And, given the fast-paced dealer sales scene these days and general supply chain issues, if you wait until then, it might be too late.
Where to see the bikes?
Triumph has released a list of appearances for bikes here. Note that there are Canadian and US visit dates, and at this point all visits appear to be scheduled at the dealerships. With IMS Outdoors ending with the SoCal show, the show circuit in the US is now slowing down, and it looks like Triumph is not taking them to the MCC show circuit in Canada. Also note that Triumph says “Dates and locations are subject to change without notice, please check back often for updates.”
