Triumph Group (TGI) enters into a five-year license agreement with RUAG to support F/A-18 customers

Triumph Group (TRIUMPH) (NYSE: TGI) today announced that its Geared Solutions business has signed a five-year license extension with aerospace engineering and defense company RUAG for continued support on the F/A-18 Aircraft Mounted Accessory AD (AMAD) drive. With this license agreement, TRIUMPH and RUAG will collaborate to provide test, repair and overhaul support for F/A-18 AMAD military applications.

RUAG’s factory in Interlaken/Wilderswil, Switzerland supports international military operators using TRIUMPH‘s repair procedures and spare parts pool to support the F/A-18 AMAD product line.

Through the licensing agreement, TRIUMPH is sustaining all non-US military F/A-18 AMADs at RUAG, ensuring global availability of F/A-18 AD variants for international operators.
