How to overcome a broken relationship

The main problem that people face today are relationship issues. Regardless of their age, they face relationship issues such as lack of understanding, higher expectations, unusual fights, differing opinions and most of all broken relationships. But how to overcome these problems?

When two people enter into a relationship, they carry a lot of expectations and a lot of emotions. When their partner does not meet this level of expectation, they feel disappointed. It later turns into massive fights, unnecessary accusations, a lot of emotional drama and injury. It’s even worse when a partner is possessive or completely neglectful. Both situations are alarming and sooner or later turn into a breakdown of the couple. Whether it’s a bad marriage or a bad love affair.

People really feel broken after breakups. More than physically, they are hurt emotionally. And the emotional baggage they carry is not that of a day but of days, weeks, months and years spent together. Some people are strong and they work on themselves and move on. But there are people who waste their lives because of someone who was actually not meant to be in their life and was not worthy of it. Emotionally damaged people can be men or women. Because it can affect anyone, regardless of gender.

It’s really easy to come out of a breakup and have a happy, normal life. As they say, “It’s good not to be good”. So first of all you have to accept that they don’t agree with this certain situation and they really need to get out of this situation, this person. And “it’s good” to take professional help if needed. Because sometimes we don’t know how to move forward and all the emotional hurt is stored in the subconscious, which cannot be released by yourself.

So if you go through the same phase, you can follow these steps:

Start to meditate: It is difficult at first but you can start with 5 min and then increase the time. The key is to focus on the breath and release negative thoughts from the mind. You can also use the guided meditations available on you tube

Positive affirmations: Start making positive affirmations in the present tense. For example, I feel happy. I am strong. I move forward in my life etc.

To forgive: Forgiveness is actually the first thing. You have to forgive someone for letting you go. Hatred is a slow poison that you yourself drink and wait for others to die. Forgiveness is therefore important.

Focus on your hobby: Do something that makes you happy. Instead of hearing sad songs, listen to party songs. It will definitely change your mood.

And if you think nothing is working, seek help from a psychologist or healer. Take the help of an expert, there is nothing wrong with it.
